- Is this official Marvel / DC / Disney / Universal merch?
- No. Constructive Outrage Crew is an independent brand created by the hosts of the YouTube channel of the same name. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any third-party rights-holder of any property covered on the channel. All designs are original. See our full disclaimer.
- How are the pieces made?
- Every piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or warehoused — when you order, the printer makes your hoodie or tee specifically for you, then ships it. Keeps the drop limited and the waste low.
- How long until my order arrives?
- Production takes about 3-5 business days. Domestic US delivery then runs 4-7 business days after the order ships. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of purchase. You'll get an email with tracking once it ships.
- How do I check my order status?
- After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order page. You can check status there any time. A second email with tracking lands when it ships. If you can't find either email, hit the contact form — include the email you ordered with.
- Can I return or exchange for a different size?
- Unfortunately, no. Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, it can't be restocked or resold — so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, fit, or change of mind. Use the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes on a hoodie, size up.
- What if my piece arrives damaged or wrong?
- We'll fix it. If your order has a manufacturing defect (misprint, flawed material) or you got the wrong item, hit the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a reprint or refund at no cost. Replying to your order confirmation email works too.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Only if production hasn't started yet — and that window is short, since printing begins soon after you order. If you need to cancel, reach us immediately through the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. If it hasn't entered production, we'll cancel and refund.
- What sizes do you offer?
- Tees: S through 5XL on a heavyweight unisex relaxed fit. Hoodies: S through 3XL on a heavyweight unisex relaxed fit. Each product page has a size guide with chest and length measurements in inches.
- Do you ship internationally?
- At launch, we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping to more countries may come later — join the newsletter to hear when it does.
- Where do I watch the channel?
- On YouTube — youtube.com/@constructiveoutrage. New episodes weekly.
