Returns

Every Constructive Outrage Crew piece is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or kept in a warehouse — when you place an order, your piece is printed specifically for you. Keeps the drop limited and waste low, but it changes how returns work.

No returns or exchanges for size or fit

Because each item is printed individually for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, fit, or change of mind. A made-to-order piece can't be restocked or resold. Use the size guide on each product page before ordering — if you're between sizes on a hoodie, size up.

Defects and wrong items

We stand behind the printing. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprint, flawed material, printing error) or you got the wrong item, we will fix it at no cost. Hit the contact form within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — or just reply to your order confirmation email. We'll arrange a reprint or refund.

Cancellations

Because production begins fast, the window to cancel is short. If you need to cancel, reach us immediately through the contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email — if your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel and refund. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
